This combination is often prescribed for:

Fever (when associated with inflammation or pain)
Aceclofenac: Blocks the production of prostaglandins (chemicals responsible for pain and inflammation).
Paracetamol: Works centrally in the brain to reduce fever and enhance the pain-relieving effect.
Together, they provide faster and more effective pain relief than either drug alone.
Usual dose: 1 tablet twice daily (every 12 hours), or as prescribed by your doctor.
Take with food to avoid stomach irritation.
Swallow whole with waterdo not crush or chew.
Common side effects:
Stomach pain or acidity
Nausea
Indigestion
Drowsiness (occasionally)
Serious (rare) side effects:
Liver damage (especially if overdosed or used long-term)
Kidney issues
Gastric ulcers or bleeding
Avoid if:
You have a history of ulcers or GI bleeding
You have liver disease
You're taking other NSAIDs or high-dose paracetamol
Store in a cool, dry place
Keep out of reach of children
